Great for sausages, hamburgers and fatty fish such as salmon and trout. It is also good with vegetables and salads.
Tip: Stunning along with tropical fruits - make a salsa with papaya or mango and a little olive oil and top with a little fresh coriander or mint. Lovely as an accompaniment to cheese or fresh sauce for grilled fish.
