Knorr Fix Hunter's (Jäger) Schnitzel

The schnitzel classic: fresh mushrooms, bacon, onions and parsley to a spicy and hearty sauce mix for 3 150g pork, turkey or veal schnitzel with 250g mushrooms. Makes 3 portions. 47g

Preparation:

1) Fry the schnitzel in hot oil. Remove from pan and keep in a warm place. 2) Prepare mushrooms, slice and fry them in the same pan. 3) Add 250ml of cold water and stir in contents of sachet. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute. 4) Put the schnitzel back into the pan and reheat
