The popular combination of mince, potatoes and capsicum, nicely spicy and rounded off with marjoram and thyme. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians when using meat alternatives.
Preparation for 250g minced meat, 1 capsicum (red, green or yellow) and 300g potatoes 1. Clean the capsicum and peel the potatoes. Cut both into cubes. Brown the mince in some hot oil. Add the vegetable cubes and fry briefly. 2. Add 250ml of water, stir in the bag contents and boil with stirring. 3. Cook over a low heat for about 25 minutes. Stir occasionally.
