Instant mashed swedes, a traditional Norwegian side dish since 1970! Accessory for the most traditional Norwegian meals - goes perfectly with smoked and salted meat. Easy to like, easy to make. 95g makes 400ml mash (4 portions)
1. Boil 400ml water with 1 tablespoon margarine. Remove from heat and add 100ml of cold water.
2. Stir in the bag contents and let it swell for 1 minute. Stir before serving
Ingredients: swede 45%, potato, rapeseed oil, salt, sugar, skim milk, yeast extract, emulsifier (monoglyceride), spices, stabilizer (dinatriumdifosfat), antioxidant (Sodium, ascorbyl palmitate, of sodium), acid (ascorbic acid), dye (beta-carotene).
