Makes 700ml of delicious vanilla sauce!
Do this: Whisk the entire contents of the bag into 6 dl of cold, pasteurized milk (5 tablespoons of dry product (half the bag) to 3 dl of milk). Let stand for 5-10 minutes. NOTE! If you taste the sauce, never put the spoon or whisk back into the sauce, as the enzymes in the saliva will then ruin the sauce. Tip! If you want to make a more luxurious dessert sauce - stir 1/2 dl of whipped cream per portion into the finished dessert sauce. For vanilla cream cake filling: Only use 4 dl of milk for the entire package (2 dl for half a bag).
