Ingredients: WHEAT FLOUR, WHEAT GLUTEN, sugar, WHEAT STARCH, BARLEY FLOUR, dried spinach, stabilizer (E450), potato starch, salt, raising agent (E500), flour improver (E300).
Instructions: Whisk 600ml of water and 1 bag of flour mixture in a bowl to make a smooth dough. Let the dough rise for 10-30 minutes. Fry the patties in a pan to a nice color, use fat for frying. Tip: if you want, you can also replace the water with milk and add an egg to the dough.
