Ingredients: Corn starch, 16% low fat cocoa powder, salt, flavouring vanillin
Preparation 1. Mix the pudding powder with about 2 tbsp. (40g) sugar. Gradually stir with at least 6 tbsp of 500ml of cold milk or milk alternative until smooth. 2. Boil the remaining milk, take it off the stove and stir in the mixed powder with a whisk. 3. Cook the pudding while stirring for at least 1 min. Place the pudding in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
